We have an exciting opportunity within our Customer and Brand Directorate for a Cabin Crew Operations Performance Improvement Manager. This key role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our cabin crew operation at Heathrow, driving improved performance, efficiency, and cabin crew engagement.

Role Purpose: As the Cabin Crew Operations Performance Improvement Manager, you will lead strategic operational business change across our Heathrow cabin crew operation. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders, you will shape future operational processes, workplace environments, leveraging technology for greater efficiency. Your expertise will drive greater efficiency, exploiting technology to improve our operations. You will be the key link between IFCE and Centralised Operations Planning, Flight Operations, and Heathrow Operational Teams.
