easyJet is one of the largest airlines in Europe, flying 90 million passengers to 150 airports in 35 countries every year - and its our Cabin Crew who are always on our customers’ side, taking great pride in keeping everyone safe and secure whilst delivering exceptional passenger experiences. No two days will be the same as you’ll fly on a variety of routes, work with a wide range of friendly colleagues, and meet different passengers each time.

You may have always wanted to become Cabin Crew or you may be considering your career options – either way you’ll still access the same level of development, with the opportunity to progress quickly into a Cabin Manager role along with a wide variety of other exciting Cabin Services positions. You’ll also receive a wide variety of benefits such as commission on sales, and of course brilliant discounts on flights.

What you need to do the role

What we look for in our crew is an eagerness to learn along with great people and customers service skills – 3 months previous experience in a customer or people facing role is preferred.

Fluency in written and verbal English is a must (along with native language skills if you’re applying for a base outside of the UK) and you’ll need to have the right to work and live in the UK, a passport, and unrestricted access to travel across the UK, EEA and easyJet Network. You will have no visible tattoos on head, face and neck or any tattoos that are deemed offensive or inappropriate that can’t be covered discreetly. This also includes any piercings that can’t be covered discreetly.

Also, due to the legal and safety requirements of working in an aircraft you’ll be:

  • Aged 18 or over * 5’2” (157.5 cm) to 6’3” (190cm) in height without shoes*
  • Able to pass an EASA Cabin Crew medical

  • Have the continuing ability to fit into an aircraft jump seat harness which measures 106cm across the lap and 157cm from shoulder to waist

Location and hours of work

You’ll need to live within 90 minutes of your base and you’ll be working on a flexible roster, which will consist of a mix of early and late duties, flying duties, standbys and rostered days off. You will normally return to your home base at the end of the day however some bases may have occasional night stops. You will receive more information about this prior to your interview.

What you’ll get in return

  • Estimated on target earnings of £22,000 PA
  • Exceptional training to help you be confident and the best you can be – this is provided at no cost to you
