Our International business has the exciting job of bringing our famous clothing, food and home products to over 32 million customers worldwide. About the Role

  • Own the end to end buying and merchandising processes. Ensuring we have the most profitable range that is customer driven from the insights we have
  • Planning at DPS stage, what products will be needed with the right ranges at the right time, full availability and a robust online trading plan to execute a sales plan
  • Ensure along with the Digital team key KPIs of sales and profit are fully maximised
  • Work closely with the Market Place Online team and Supply Chain Logistics team to ensure we resolve problems, ask the right questions to find out the issues and resolve collectively
  • The individual will be the leader of the Buying & Merchandising market place function responsible for creating a best in class culture, upskill the team, review end to end processes, and continually strive for excellence
  • Ensuring the Traders and Business Unit’s are updated accordingly on any key buying, merchandising and trading decisions
  • Ensure the transition to the EUEDC is seamless , through strong communication with project team

About You

You will play a lead role in developing and strengthening partnerships with all channels including International.com, the Clothing & Home BU Leads, help mirror our ways of working with existing processes, as we become a more owned stock channel. As a senior member of the wider leadership group you will work with peers to influence the wider International team and culture.

  • Operated as a Head of in a dynamic Buying and Merchandising function
  • Owned significant turnover across categories
  • Understands end to end planning and trading
  • Worked in a Pure Play environment
  • Experience of fulfilment from multiple global locations
