We have a vacancy for an experienced high class butcher to join us here at The Gourmet Butcher. We are looking for a person to continue the vibrancy, enthusiasm and passion to this fast paced, demanding role. A well rounded knowledge is essential for the position as well as a good sense of humour and great taste in coffee ! trading hours are Thursday -Saturday
Duties to include but not limited to - Full Carcass preparation across Beef, Lamb, Pork & Poultry. Sausage & Burger Production, Maintaining a high standard of presentation within the display counters, adhering to the Clean as you go policy.
We would also consider a person with food related skills i.e Chef or Fishmonger.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £26,000.00 per year
