Job description
Knowledge and experience of whole carcass butchery.
Ability to be versatile in breaking down carcasses into a variety of cuts, UK and US
Enthusiasm for British produce and provenance of food.
Experience of sausage and burger making.
Working knowledge of HACCP and safety procedures
Excellent customer service skills
Forward thinking attitude that brings a traditional trade into the 21st Century
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 30 per week
Salary: £13.00 per hour
