Job description
Butcher required preferably with experience of whole carcass cutting and high end product preparation, including making sausages. Good customer service skills and reliability essential.
Core hours - 16 a week
Tuesday 830 - 1230
Thursday and Friday 830 - 230
plus overtime and holiday cover.
Saturday working possible to meet the business needs, but some flexibility of other days/hours.

Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
