Hours: 45 hours per week. Hours to be agreed

Purpose of the role
In our skilled Butcher department, we are looking for an experienced, skilled and motivated individual to join our successful and growing butchery department.
The right candidate will need to have good knowledge of their craft, excellent organisation and communication skills and an uplifting, positive attitude.
Working with fellow experienced skilled butchers, alongside training apprentices, there is a collective responsibility to maintain a safe, compliant and high functioning department, maintaining good contact with the wider business to appropriately stock the business and fulfil orders.
Skilled butchery is a key component of our business and the right person will be a fundamental part of the businesses continuing success.

Salary is £28,000+ depending on experience plus bonus scheme.
