Job description
Alan and the team at Danish Crown Collindale, are looking for a Butcher to join the small team at our new facilities on Carlisle Road. We are looking for someone to work Monday to Friday (Monday to Thursday 6am - 4pm and Friday 6am - 3pm). Specific Tasks
· All aspects of butchery both pork and beef product
· Support the delivery of all orders and key performance targets in your area and ensure attention to detail and that procedures are followed
Act as a role model and lead by example demonstrating core company values, behaviours and high performance standards at all times
Relevant Experience required
· Experience of butchery
· Will be positive, flexible and hardworking with a passionate commitment to quality
· Able to carry out physical tasks that would be reasonably required
· Ability to work within a team and independently
· Ability to follow instruction and procedures accurately and consistently
· Experience of working within food manufacturing
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
