The Position: We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our growing IT team! .
Duties and Responsibilities
- Builds and deploys all laptops/desktops according to guidelines
- Works help desk tickets
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed
- Provides remote office support of printers
- Provides corporate office support of printers
- Creates users in all systems
- Terminates users in all systems
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of helpdesk experience
