Who we are

Bocca Di Lupo is an award-winning Italian restaurant in the heart of Soho, famous for its stripped-down, honest regional Italian cuisine. Despite the buzzy feel and glamorous surroundings, we are a family business, a small and humble trattoria at… heart.

The Role

  • Keep station clean, with adequate supply of necessary materials
  • Polishes cutlery and glassware
  • Counts linen
  • Provides assistance to the Head Chef, Food Expediter and floor team

Successful candidate should have/be:

  • Be passionate about Italian food - prior knowledge is not necessary, but a willingness to learn is

  • The chance to improve your wine knowledge with around 150 Italian wines
  • Ongoing training & career development

  • Staff food
  • 30% staff discount when dining in with us, a free meal for two in your birthday month, and the ability to buy cost price food & wine from us to enjoy at home
  • A start date to suit you
  • The chance to work in a team of people passionate about producing and serving exceptional food and drinks

We want to know about you We want you to bring your ideas, and your energy to the position. If you have the same love for the industry as we have, and you too want to be proud of the great food we serve, then we want to hear from you.
