Location: London Speechmark + (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week (Part time considered)

The main purpose of this Business Transformation Manager role is to own the successful integration into, and exploitation of, new and existing Always On Marketing capability by the AoM team and the wider business. Ensure that the new capability roadmap reflects key AoM needs, that all new capability is properly integrated into our BAU processes, and all teams kept informed of changes to capability.

What you’ll do:
Be a key stakeholder in acceptance of that new capability once delivered – ensuring that it meets the originally scoped requirements.- Design/update business processes and RACIs to ensure that new capability is integrated into existing BAU ways of working successfully or transform where required.
- Manage partner teams in delivering knowledge transfer for new capability – embedding new ways of working/processes and ensuring business teams are trained appropriately.
- Evangelise for new and existing capability with all key stakeholders in the business – drive our commercial and marketing teams to exploit the capability available.
Who you are
Experience of designing successful business processes across multiple teams and stakeholders, sometimes with conflicting needs and viewpoints.- Good understanding of general CRM processes – campaign planning, design and delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills – work closely with cabability, IT, partner teams and wider business stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate change.
- A confident & articulate communicator with the ability to communicate complex challenges and solutions in simple terms.
