This role will be focusing on 3rd line support, project delivery, and maintaining systems across Windows Server, Windows Clusters, VMWare, SQL Server, HyperV, Hardware management, Azure, Citrix Netscaler, Citrix Cloud, Citrix Storefront & Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Responsibilities Ensuring effective planning and implementation of creative and innovative service changes Contributes to the structure of operational purposes (External and Internal) Managing systems whilst defining and implementing changes to meet service level requirements Leading technical implementation of infrastructures and technical designs on medium - large sized projects Establishes working relationships with the customer and relevant operational units, at the appropriate technical and/or management level Core Skills Strong experience with Citrix Cloud, Citrix Storefront and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Good understanding of scripting tools (preferably PowerShell or VB Script) Experience within a Fin-Tec environment Experience with VMWare or other virtualisation tools Experience on Windows Servers Change management processes CCA, CCCA or CCEE qualifications would be desirable (Please note we are only accepting applicants who have an existing Right To Work in the UK) Citrix 3rd Line Technical Lead 55-61k + Bonus Share job Consultant Details Stephen Murphy TEL: +44 (0) 7708 509 796 Henderson Scott
