About the Role This is an exciting and challenging post that will play a key part in ensuring that the University meets its objectives in education, research and innovation. You will work as part of a small team to support research and learning technology for the University. Leading on research platforms and providing support, training, documentation, and reporting for users and key stakeholders as well as providing technical leadership on planned implementation projects. About You You will be educated to degree level in an IT/Computer Science subject or have equivalent experience. You will have experience or supporting internal customers, working with stakeholders, and solving technical problems. You will have good technical skills and experience of university administrative and teaching systems and experience of working in a project environment. You will have strong business awareness, analytical and problem solving skills, and an enthusiasm to get the job done.
