Job description

Tribell is an investment and asset management company that has developed and operated over £1 billion of office and residential assets across the UK.

The successful candidate will receive the following benefits:

  • A salary of £35,000-£55,000 per annum based on experience.
  • 25 days of annual leave, in addition to bank holidays and 5 days off at Christmas.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a business systems analyst
  • You are able to identify effective solutions for business software system issues
  • You are able to propose solutions for improving company business systems processes or platforms
  • You are able to research and estimate costs of upgrades and/or improvements
  • You are a proactive and self-motivated individual who enjoys and is capable of learning independently about new processes, systems, and methodologies of working
  • You are able to understand user requirements and can translate these into system development requirements
  • You are able to independently resolve issues with a process or system until the point of resolution, escalating and providing updates where required
  • A confident user of Microsoft Office to an advanced level
  • You have an understanding of PowerBI, or similar data visualisation platforms
  • You drive and have a car
  • We’d love to hear about any experience you may have in designing and/or developing systems.

The Role

Reporting to our Support Services Director you will have responsibility for the following:

  • Developing and managing Tribell’s Microsoft Power BI platform
  • Monitoring new functionality & keeping content up to date
  • Implementation and management of cyber security processes
  • Management of 3rd party developers
  • Taking operational requirements and creating systems development briefs for 3rd party developers for Tribell’s inhouse CRM tool
  • Training operational staff on Tribell’s in-house systems
  • Providing helpdesk support for system issues for staff
  • Implementation of new business systems for the business as required
  • Managing Tribell’s phone systems
  • Management of IT hardware & software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
