Corza Medical is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support our digital transformation and movement to a cloud first architecture. As our Business Systems Analyst you will provide daily support to the business and all relevant systems, including but not limited to, company ERP, quality management systems, regulatory software, e-commerce site, EDI platform and BI reporting. You will work with business to solve process needs. This role is site based in Taunton.

What you will do
· Works with end users to solve every day break-fix issues within ERP and other business systems.
· Assists in writing functional specification documents and works with technical resources to test and implement approved modifications.
· Provides knowledge and training in all functional areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
· Ability to independently troubleshoot issues/errors in multiple systems.
· Supports testing efforts and oversees change management in a regulated environment.
· Monitors day-to-day IT operations related to all business systems, such as system monitoring, backup and recovery, and provides timely communications to the organization as needed
· Ensures data integrity of business systems programs, and that acceptable audit controls and procedures are in effect.
· Ensures that application systems are developed in a manner that meets the architectural standards and established methodologies and practices.
· Fosters and maintains good customer relationships to ensure processes are integrated to support expected levels of internal customer service.
· Work with other IT teams to implement and execute plans that fully support company goals and initiatives. Apply IT policies and procedures, approved by the IT management team.
· Provides support for regulatory requirements, including ongoing application validation and changes to support business and regulatory requirements.
· Provides support in maintaining business Power BI reports.
· Performs other related duties assigned or required.
What you will need
· Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science or similar field, or equivalent experience.
· 1-3 years’ experience in business systems.
· Good understanding of ERP.
· The ability to communicate effectively with end users.
· General knowledge of help desk ticketing system processes.
· The desire to learn and support new systems as implemented.
· Strong organisational skills, able to manage a number of business requests at once.
· The ability to work flexible hours across time zones.
· Business fluent in English.

Salary: £34,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
