Business Systems Analyst – Data/Solutions Design - £65k + 25% bonus + excellent benefits – Remote/Hybrid
A fantastic organisation based in Manchester are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their growing team. The Business Systems Analyst will have experience in analysing business needs, designing technology solutions, Non-Functional Requirements, testing and validating systems, providing support and training to end-users, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing technology projects. The role will be hybrid/remote and expected to be in Manchester 2 days per week.
Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing non-functional requirements, designing and developing technology solutions using flowcharts, data models, and system specifications. The Business Systems Analyst will be involved in validating technology solutions design, providing support and training to end-users, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. You’ll also be responsible for managing technical projects, including defining project scope, developing project plans, and coordinating project teams. The Business Systems Analyst will be ideally have a technical background, have experience covering the full SDLC and be able to technically converse with Developers. Any experience with Agile and/or working in the financial sector is beneficial but not essential.
Key Skills
· At least 2 years’ experience in a Business Systems Analyst role or similar
· Experience of gathering and analyzing non-functional requirements, designing and developing technology solutions using flowcharts, data models, and system specifications
· Knowledge of the full SDLC
· Experience working closely with Development teams and be able to technically converse with Developers
· Any experience with Agile and/or working in the financial sector is beneficial but not essential
