We have 2 exciting new roles for a hard-working individual to join the Corporate Governance Director's Team within Group Secretariat. We need enthusiastic, proactive, and versatile people to provide first class secretarial and administration support who enjoy a varied workload. This role will also extend to provide PA cover.
What you'll have:
The individuals will need to be highly organised, have excellent keyboard skills, be personable and able to deal confidently with people at all levels. Discretion is crucial as well as being equally comfortable working as part of a team or on your own initiative, prioritising your own workload without losing your eye for detail. Demonstration of core LBG values and behaviours as a team member is a must.
What you'll do:
In this role, you will support the Corporate Governance Director or Head of Risk, Governance & Shareholder Services and the wider team with a variety of duties from Workday management, preparing and coordinating team calls and management of payments and invoices. You will be expected to provide support with Director’s appointments, Governance queries and other ad hoc admin tasks. You will be the general point of contact for day-to-day queries on expenses, Buying@LBG, IT@LBG, invoices, meeting room bookings etc as well as coordinating periodic and Ad-hoc team events such as Socials, offsites, strategy days etc. You will also assist with onboarding new starters including NPW/Contractors and processing leavers and you will ensure that all recruitment is followed by completion of the joiners, movers, leavers process. In addition, you will provide back-up support to the NED Liaison Manager during absences.
PA cover will involve owning the diary and ensuring papers are received in a timely manner for meetings as well as ensuring any prep / reading time is allocated as required. You will help to run and prioritise the inbox, flag emails using pre agreed categories and create priorities for anything urgent. You will show that you can handle sensitive or confidential material appropriately whilst providing support on Teams / Comms calls – especially on the tech side. Good collaboration with the wider CoSec and Board Support teams is essential. Scanning, printing, filing, archiving as needed. You will deal with incoming correspondence and distribute or delegate where necessary. Other duties include coordinating travel and offsite visits, on-boarding / off-boarding of colleagues and running and recording of teams holiday and sickness. PEGA and IT requests as required and must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
