We are looking for a well-organised and diligent Business Support Senior Analyst to work in our CSD Income, Admin and Team Leader Supplement Team. The role-holder will oversee and coordinate SW’s team leader standby supplement and related business processes for the 145 out-of-hours Team Leaders.
This interesting role will provide the opportunity to combine your stakeholder management skills and keen eye for detail to deliver an excellent business support service to participants of SW’s Team leader standby rota. You will be trusted with sensitive and confidential information and will be a real stickler for data quality. Working with key stakeholders including People Connect, Finance Payroll, and Digital you will ensure that SW’s end-to-end TL Supplement process is robust, trusted, and operates effectively.
About the Role
The Business Support Senior Analyst will coordinate the processes used for managing changes to TL supplements. Working with stakeholders in People Connect, Finance Payroll and our CSD leadership community you will administer our standby supplement processes, following our governance to ensure transparency, and that all correspondence and documentation is accurately recorded and filed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a support service that results in SW’s TL supplement process and payments being trusted by all stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate and lead on all aspects of data change management and quality. Seeing all requests through to resolution/completion.
- Use data analysis skills to obtain and interrogate information from corporate systems (WorkDay. Corporate Satellite) and cross-reference to identify quality issues with TL Supplement data and co-ordinate the delivery of corrective action.
- Own and maintain all communication channels between CSD leadership and the Supplement Admin Team. Keeping accurate, transparent, and accessible records of correspondence.
- Maintain CSD Team Leader standby rotas, ensuring changes are tracked and updated.
- Undertake analysis of overtime worked across CSD, identifying trends, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders; providing data to inform decisions.
- Undertake analysis of Job Title data to ensure staffing changes are accounted for
- Use analysis and data interrogation techniques to identify issues or problems with out of hours supplement processes
- Administration of the NSO supplement scheme
Essentials Skills & Knowledge
- Proven ability to co-ordinate and lead a business process
- Strong organisational skills
- Excel/SharePoint Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to analyse and present data to stakeholders
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Proven to be trusted with sensitive and confidential information
Desirable Skills and Knowledge
- Experience of Pay related administration and analysis
- Data analysis experience
- Experience of using Power Apps/Power BI
Band: C
The salary range for this position is £31,380-£43,350 depending on experience.
