The role
The Business Support Officer, Education Services is part of the ES Projects and Business Support Team, who ensure the smooth operation of ES contracts and projects. The post-holder supports the successful delivery of contracts, undertaking administrative tasks in line with the needs of specific contracts.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provide administration for project finances
Administrate the Associate commissioning process, update and issue contracts and project letters to associates and other suppliers and keep the tracker up to date.
Administrate and update databases, workflows, trackers every day.
Enter data and information into databases and ensure confidentiality is maintained.
Support the management and utilisation of project databases, by project team members and other relevant stakeholders, through verbal and written training and guidance.
Proofread and edit project documentation.
Coordinate the planning of meetings, take minutes as requested and prepare action points.
The Person
Strong academic or vocational background
Proven excellent organisational and planning skills.
Strong competence in Office 365 (Excel, Word etc).
Excellent English language and grammar skills.
Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and skills in scrutiny of own and others’ work.
Experience of working in a fast-paced administrative role.
Experience of liaising with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
