Job Title: Business Support Manager - Aftermarket
Salary: £77,000 - £82,500 (Depending on Experience)
Location : Peterborough - Hybrid working patterns available
Benefits: 25 days annual leave,

The Opportunity
Caterpillar’s Industrial Power Systems Division (IPSD) seeks a Finance Director at our Peterborough, UK location. In this position, you will be responsible for end to end support of the IPSD Perkins Aftermarket team. Caterpillar provides exciting opportunities for finance professionals who are strategic thinkers, want to be challenged, and are interested in being part of the world’s leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, off-highway diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines and diesel-electric locomotives.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Managing end to end P&L and B/S financials & analysis for Perkins Aftermarket
Leading the development of financial forecasts
Participating in strategy development to drive improved financial performance
Interacting with senior leadership within the division as well as many internal customers within Caterpillar.
Ensuring high integrity financial reporting through maintaining a strong control environment
Developing the best team through coaching, training & development, and career planning
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting or Finance related discipline
Significant progressively responsible experience within Accounting or Finance roles - ideally gained within a matrix organisation
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Strong analytical skills are required to perform detailed financial analysis and guide strategic plans
Proven ability to act as a business partner and to cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, acting with integrity in tough and emotive situations.
Expert communicator; proficient in building collaborative and trusted partnerships to work across a complex internal matrix organisation.
Established leadership experience; committed to inspire and develop others
