To ensure business support that enables effective and efficient service delivery across Learning and Organisational Development workstreams. To deliver business developments in a timely manner and to deadline, whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Business support to the Learning and Organisational Development Senior Leadership Team including executive assistance responsibilities.
To develop effective working relationships to understand and deliver key support requirements. To identify and co-ordinate the development and implementation of business opportunities as appropriate. To provide support with personnel management systems. To provide support with recruitment processes.
The co-ordination and management of regular operational and performance meetings. To be responsible for a range of delegated projects which enhance service performance and deliver key objectives. Review and develop mechanisms to share and record information. Support business continuity planning.
Attend and contribute to regular team meetings, team away days and team development. Collate and analyse data, preparing reports as required. Managing logistics to ensure outputs meet agreed timeframes. Organise and prioritise own workload.
To support the team in a range of procurement activities as required in the delivery of the service.
