About us and the role
We wish to recruit a Business Support Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for Business and Administrative support to the school and be the key point of contact between the centralised Finance & HR Teams.

Avanti Park School is a Middle deemed Primary school with pupils from Reception to Year 8. The Avanti Schools Trust took over the school in November 2019 and the school has improved rapidly since this takeover.
The staff at Avanti Park School are passionate about the school and are relentlessly focused on improving the achievement and opportunities for all the students. All staff that work at the school will need to subscribe to our ethos and values and seek to improve and develop their own practice and performance for the benefit of our students.

What will you do?
- Be responsible for advising the senior leadership team and the SSC on various matters to ensure the smooth running of the school.
- Ensure new members of the office staff are fully trained and inducted on the use of office and ICT equipment
- Research grants and sources of funding and have marketing responsibilities for promoting the extended school service
- Build close working relationship with the Senior Leadership Team and SSC.
- Proactively review resources and spending priorities to ensure that school development plan targets reflect budget planning.
