We are looking for a passionate and proactive Business Support Executive to join a vibrant team in our busy planning consultancy based in Belfast.

The role involves providing a professional, efficient, and reliable support service to our team, including:
- finance process management
- document preparation and production
- event organisation and diary management, including travel and meeting arrangements
- assisting with client enquiries/taking messages/servicing meetings
- record keeping and electronic file management
- broad range of general administration duties
The ideal candidate will be flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will have experience in a similar role, ideally in a professional services environment. Your administrative skills should be at a high level and cover a wide range of experiences, as quick decision making and efficient working is required to meet key deadlines, often at short notice.
You should demonstrate an ability to work proactively, both in teams and remotely; have strong communication skills, an attention to detail and an ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is essential.
