HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
The Business Support Assistant will be part of a team that is at the heart of the business, supporting all departments. They provide vital support to the Sales and Customer Success teams with administration tasks which require accuracy and attention to detail. They are also available to help Senior Management. Where necessary, they will need to show the initiative to improve the processes involved in their role. Business support provide a friendly and helpful service as the first point of contact for inbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer service is extended to all current and potential clients at all times

VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing contract documents at the request of the Sales Team with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Verifying documents and processing through to different teams
- Producing welcome letters for Customer Success introductions
- Ordering and processing Client International Check Requests
- Answering telephone calls professionally, and directing them in an appropriate way using Microsoft Teams
- Welcoming visitors and providing refreshments during their visit
- Ensuring the office is presentable, tidy, warm and welcoming for all visitors
- Checking all meeting rooms on a regular basis and clearing when necessary
- Creating promotional packs, proposals and welcome letters for various teams
- Recording and storing agreements on the internal system
- Producing reports for Directors and Leadership on an ad-hoc basis
- Uploading content to update the welcome screens for visitors
- Managing outgoing post from all departments
- Stock Management
- Scanning, photocopying, binding and managing internal administration where necessary
