Business Support Analyst - Bournemouth - 6 months contract - Hybrid - PAYE
We are seeking a Business Support Analyst to join JP Morgan in Bournemouth on an initial 6 months contract.
For this role we’re looking for with transferable skills such as being hard working, having good numerical and analytical skills, a team player with strong attention to detail, good English communication skills and a willingness to learn new skills as well as working under pressure. You should also have good prioritisation, organisational and stakeholder management skills. MS Excel skills (V-lookups & Pivot tables) are highly desirable too so make sure all these skills are mentioned in your CV wherever you’ve used them.
Job Description
The successful Business Support Analyst will work in the EMEA Client Advocacy team which supports the EMEA Payments Client Service organisation across many core disciplines, including:
- Oversight of client complaints.
- Production of relevant reporting and metrics on a monthly / weekly basis.
- Co-ordination of change readiness – partner with Product & Field Readiness team to ensure key information shared with Client Service Managers for any key events impacting clients.
- Incident and issue management – co-ordination with Technology, Product & Operations to understand client impact and ensure timely communications.
- Client Health – working in partnership with Client Service to identify common themes to improve client experience.
This role will be to support and work closely with the Complaint Management lead.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving and logging client complaints from Client Service Managers in to central Complaints Management Portal (CaaS) and Client Advocacy Complaints Log
- Ensure all relevant complaints documentation has been received per documented process
- Ensure complaints are managed in accordance with the Local Country regulations (as detailed in the procedures)
- Support with production of weekly and monthly reporting
Qualifications & Experience
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – specifically Excel
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively as both a team player and independently
- Strong organisational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities whilst meeting deadlines
*Please note JP Morgan are working on a hybrid model of 3 days in office and 2 days from home per week. When working from home you will need your own Laptop/PC as these are not provided.*

Salary: £150.00-£200.00 per day
