Business Support Administrator - Community Education
Location: UK flexible, with 2 annual team meetings and an all team meeting every September in Manchester, some travel will be required.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £20,253 - £21,110 per annum plus flexible allowance of £300
About the role....
The Business Support Administrator will be the central point of contact and provide assistance for all external enquiries regarding Community Education’s workshops and signposting the wider education offer.
What we are looking for....
The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, being able to respond to enquiries from external parties and customers regarding our products. You will also provide high quality and professional customer service by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face. Relaying feedback and complaints to relevant internal stakeholders. Understand the product portfolio and roadmap and keep up to date with changes and provide insight based on customer feedback to the relevant teams. You will be able to work with the Business Development and Partnership Manager to provide support to our partner organisations. Support a schedule for BRM (Beneficiary Relationship Manager) and marketing emails and able to speak confidently about our product portfolio and roadmaps to internal and external audiences. Being able to provide information and reports on KPI’s to the Business Support Manager and Actively engage with the feedback process to share customer feedback and data with other teams. A Team player who actively participates in all team meetings and Supports other team members.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 at an intermediate level.
- Understanding of community development and education services.
- Experience of working in a sales, business development or customer service environment,
- Experience of working to and meeting KPIs.
- Familiar with quality assurance systems.

The Community Education team develop learner-centric and evidence-based education products that develop people's skills and confidence to contribute to community resilience, and act in a crisis. This is enabled by both face to face delivery and digital technology.
In the last year, Community Education reached more than 300,000 learners through direct delivery (face to face) of first aid and humanitarian education, plus millions more through teaching resources, media and online learning routes.
