We are looking for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our growing team and take on a range of duties including project admin, invoicing, and liaison with parent company finance and HR teams. This is a part-time role, based in the UK.
The successful candidate will become a valued team member of the Geowynd business, a subsidiary of the Ocean Infinity Group, and be responsible for providing administrative support in delivering our portfolio of ongoing projects. The Business Support Administrator will provide their valued input to all stages of our projects from tender stage through to project close in addition to providing liaison with Ocean Infinity business support services.

What will you do:
- Provide administrative support to ongoing projects, including collating personnel hours, updating project management workbooks, and organising project documentation within a collaborative online space;
- Collate and issue project invoices;
- Payment of invoices;
- Bank reconciliation;
- Organisation of company accounts documentation, including incoming and outgoing invoices, personnel expenses and receipts;
- Liaising with the Ocean Infinity Group finance team to facilitate financial reporting and company filings;
- Liaising with the Ocean Infinity Group people and culture team to support recruitment and onboarding of personnel, as required;
- Liaising with the Ocean Infinity Group marketing team to support the maintenance of the company website, online media and company branding;
- Comply with Geowynd management system policies, practices, programs, and procedures;
- Support the Geowynd and Ocean Infinity environmental and social goals.
Who you are:
- Experience in previous business support/ administration/ accounts assistant positions;
- A methodical approach with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Good ICT skills, including intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel;
- Excellent planning and organisation skills are required for our fast-paced environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Confidentiality and integrity;
- An open-minded and receptive response to new and different ideas;
- A commitment to learn and develop within a collaborative business environment.
