An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a part time Business Support Administrator within the Business Support Services team providing administrative support to Libraries and Community Services, Registration and Coroners Service based at Northallerton Library HQ.
We require an experienced, highly motivated administrator with excellent communication and customer care skills. You will undertake a wide range of administrative duties including dealing with customers face to face, handling telephone enquiries, booking in citizenship ceremonies, inputting data, producing letters, processing invoices, postal duties and ordering and distributing stationery. Good organisation skills, accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
You will benefit from a supportive management structure, ongoing personal development and performance management. Training will be given to the appointed person. The successful applicant must have good keyboard skills. Good literacy and numeracy skills are essential. You must be able to prioritise your own workload, be conscientious, well-organised, have the ability to work unsupervised and be flexible in your approach. You must respect the need for confidentiality of personal information and have knowledge of Data Protection, Equalities and Health and Safety requirements of working within an office environment.
