Introduction
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Your Role and Responsibilities
This role is suitable for a strong problem solver. You will be working closely with the senior management team and Head of Operations, to support in delivering key projects for the business.

The role could involve:
  • Performing repeatable tasks including creating data sets, auditing records, meeting minutes, facilitation of action lists and providing support for the CIC management team
  • Supporting with the administration of new starters and transfers within the business
  • Designing and producing draft documentation
  • Using innovative methods and ideas to help roll our new initiatives to set up and change process within the CIC.
  • Ad hoc tasks to support business events or others

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The following skills are important:
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to work in a team as well as communicate with employees at all levels
  • A keen problem solver with focus on attention to detail
  • Pro-active ownership of own workload and ability to work with little supervision
  • The ability to work flexible and adapt in a fast-paced professional work environment
  • The aptitude to rapidly acquire new skills with the drive and enthusiasm to learn
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manipulate data with accuracy and focus

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Knowledge and understanding of the IT sector and workplace.
