In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centres offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities
This role is suitable for a strong problem solver. You will be working closely with the senior management team and Head of Operations, to support in delivering key projects for the business.
The role could involve:
- Performing repeatable tasks including creating data sets, auditing records, meeting minutes, facilitation of action lists and providing support for the CIC management team
- Supporting with the administration of new starters and transfers within the business
- Designing and producing draft documentation
- Using innovative methods and ideas to help roll our new initiatives to set up and change process within the CIC.
- Ad hoc tasks to support business events or others
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The following skills are important:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to work in a team as well as communicate with employees at all levels
- A keen problem solver with focus on attention to detail
- Pro-active ownership of own workload and ability to work with little supervision
- The ability to work flexible and adapt in a fast-paced professional work environment
- The aptitude to rapidly acquire new skills with the drive and enthusiasm to learn
- High attention to detail with the ability to manipulate data with accuracy and focus
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Knowledge and understanding of the IT sector and workplace.
