FM Conway is currently seeking a Business Support Administrator to join us on a 1 year fixed term contract. You will be joining our Business Support team, working within our successful and supportive Central Services division. This full-time role will be based from our Sevenoaks Head Office, which boasts a staff restaurant and on-site gym.

The Business Support Administrator role

Working alongside all areas of FM Conway, you will provide a range of support services including entering timesheet data, completing requisitions using Oracle, processing invoices and managing the shared email inboxes. This is a fast paced, varied and busy role which will require the following:

  • Previous experience processing invoices
  • Strong Microsoft Office and general IT skills
  • Previous administration experience in a busy working environment
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Strong communication skills and very good attention to detail.
