Business Services Admin & Communications Coordinator
Closing Date for Applications – 29th September (COB)
Provides the site with compliant batch documentation, supporting production activities. Completing SAP transaction and purchase orders, inventory control and archiving activities.
Develop, improve and maintain all internal communication channels to enable effective and timely sharing of GSK business news and priorities to the business, in an engaging way, using different communication channels.

In this role you will
- Support business critical activities and production schedule by providing appropriate batch documentation by following local procedures, responding to changes in the production schedule in SAP to ensure flow of batch documentation.
- Provide site support for SAP, Veeva Quality Docs, Concur, Workday, site audit control rooms activities, Inventory control, site event co-ordination.
- Responsible for Site Archive facility, archiving of documentation, management of archive database and document destruction.
- Develop, improve and maintain all internal communication channels to enable effective and timely sharing of GSK business news and priorities. Including ZSC intranet and branding/site materials. Ability to enthuse and engage other people by means of several different communication avenues.
- Seek and implement more efficient ways of working by highlighting continuous improvement opportunities.

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills to ensure effective relay of issues, risks and opportunities internally within GSK.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English, Mathematics and Microsoft Applications
- Demonstrates capability to input data / text accurately into inspectable systems.
- Organisation skills, maintenance of documentation management ensuring Good Manufacturing Standards.
- An ability to work cooperatively and efficiently with others to ensure tasks are completed within the expected timeframes, as well as being able to work independently, and be able to prioritise an ever-changing workload.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Thorough understanding of Communication tools – Workplace, Vevox, Snagit, Adobe Applications.
- Proficient in the knowledge and use of SAP and Veeva Quality Docs.
- Confidence to advise and influence managers and leaders on the engagement of employees and communications in general.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement behaviours and problem-solving skills.
ZSC Divestment
The ZSC Brand was divested to an external company in October 2021. The supply chain continues to operate within GSK as a contract manufacturer supplying oral solid dose antibiotics. Once the manufacturing supply agreement has come to an end, and in the absence of any other alternative options, GSK would be proposing to close the ZSC sites. GSK would explore all options for retraining, supporting employees who might be at the risk of redundancy.
During the expected 3-5 years duration, commencing October 2021, the successful candidate will be able to make a significant impact at ZSC and GSK.
