Are you an immediately available HR Manager looking for a short-term temp role within a Media business
Handle are proud to be partnering with an exciting Media business who are looking for a HR Manager to join their team on a 1-2 month temp cover
This role will be managing all aspects of HR for all employees across the UK and globally. You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle and working closely with all managers providing support from HR administration to strategic guidance. This role will give you the opportunity to operate at all levels of a creative business.
Key responsibilities
- Operate at all levels of the business, providing support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Design and implement initiatives
- Manage and resolve employee queries
- Advise, coach and support managers on performance management practices
- Manage all recruitment activity
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR generalist with strong ER, employment law and performance management experience. You will have excellent communication skills and have strong stakeholder management experience.
