We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Business Services Assistant to join our innovative team and help shape the future of public services.

Key responsibilities of this role are:
- Providing administrative support to the Resources and Waste service
- Ability to understand data and confidence to report to operational colleagues.
- Experienced communicator, providing effective support and problem resolution
- Co-ordinating meetings with various stakeholders and effective management of actions
- Providing clear guidance on policy and procedures to enable the service to look at service innovation
What skills and experience do you need to have:
- Excellent organisational skills, with a focus on detail
- Skilled communicator focused on providing high levels of customer care
- Understanding of management or data systems
- Ability to understand and interpret data, review trends and confidently report issues
- Ability to use initiative and judgement to resolve issues independently

Our Resources & Waste Team has offices in Matlock, Derbyshire, but we work on a flexible basis which includes options for home working.
