Key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Providing administrative support to the Resources and Waste service
  • Ability to understand data and confidence to report to operational colleagues.
  • Experienced communicator, providing effective support and problem resolution
  • Co-ordinating meetings with various stakeholders and effective management of actions
  • Providing clear guidance on policy and procedures to enable the service to look at service innovation

What skills and experience do you need to have:

  • Excellent organisational skills, with a focus on detail
  • Skilled communicator focused on providing high levels of customer care
  • Understanding of management or data systems
  • Ability to understand and interpret data, review trends and confidently report issues
  • Ability to use initiative and judgement to resolve issues independently

Our Resources & Waste Team has offices in Matlock, Derbyshire, but we work on a flexible basis which includes options for home working.
