Job description
We’re a rapidly growing Online Health and Fitness Coaching Company with a remote team across the UK and other regions. We support our clients (who are typically busy professional men between the ages of 30-60) to optimise their health, lose weight and get in shape by working with our team of nutritionists, strength and conditioning coaches and physiotherapists.
The Sales Development Representative role involves setting appointments for our sales team, to enrol new clients into our coaching programmes. If hired into this role, you will be responsible for contacting primarily inbound leads via phone to nurture and book them onto our sales teams calendar.
The purpose of this role is to connect with potential prospects for our services, quickly qualify them to see if they are a good fit, and then setting appointments for our sales team.
This position is perfect for someone who has some sales experience, is a great communicator, is seeking a 100% remote position and is highly organised and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Be the initial contact point for inbound leads enquiring about our fitness coaching and then booking them onto calls with our sales team
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Keep our sales team updated and communicate with them regularly to arrange appointments
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Some sales experience would be great but not a necessity.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking interested prospective fitness clients.
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
- Interested in fitness personally with a moderate level of knowledge around fitness and nutrition.
- Reliable - as you are our first contact point for prospective clients, being organised and on-time for your work schedule is a priority.
- Motivated by commissions and bonuses for meeting targets.
Here are some of the details you need to know:
- Call and speak to 50 to 100 new prospective clients per day
- You’ll set 30+ appointments per week
- Work 100% remotely
- The position is part-time or full-time, with an hourly base rate with a bonus/commission on new clients generated.
- You need to be comfortable allocating set times to work on your phone and computer & have access to your own computer.
