Passenger Sales Representative (Mandarin Speaking )
China Southern Airlines operates a fleet of more than 850 transport aircraft, ranking 1st in Asia (Data source: IATA, in terms of fleet size), and enjoys excellent reputation in both safety performance and customer service and satisfaction.
The civil aviation passenger traffic between UK and China resumed in August 2022 and is recovering rapidly. To cope with our business development, China Southern Airlines Co. Ltd. London Office is inviting high caliber to join our airport operations team:
Job description:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients & partners
- Maintain a strong industry network to leverage sales opportunities
- Strong communication skills (listening, questioning, written, verbal) and organisational skills
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work both independently and in collaboration with multiple teams
- Previous experience with Salesforce (preferable)
- Confident at cold calling
- Record of delivering new business sales
- Aviation knowledge / or experience in sales is preferred
- Assist with internal audits and external audits as directed by line manager.
Skills & Experience :
- Having lived in the UK for more than three years and have a legal work permit in the UK;
- Being fluent in Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Having strong sense of responsibility; good communication and teamwork skills；independent working ability;
- Having good knowledge of computer operation and skilled use of Microsoft office and other working software;
- Having bachelor degree or above, and experience in airline or relevant experience is preferred.
Work Location：London Heathrow Bath Road office (TW6 2SF)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
