Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Plan Owners and Plan Managers to manage LoB's BR Plans
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise to Plan Owners and Plan managers
- Demonstrate analytical skills in assessing resiliency risks within the assigned portfolio
- Manage the quality and effectiveness of resiliency strategy within assigned portfolio
- Provide oversight to senior management of the LoB's Business Resiliency (BR) plans
- Influence appropriate prioritization of resiliency risk mitigation activities
Role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:
- Business Resiliency experience
- Focus and ability to articulate the risks in a succinct manner to appropriate audience, including C suite level stakeholders
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience working with high-performing technical teams in complex program execution environment
