An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Onboard Experience department to become part of a brand-new team. Business readiness provides independent governance for changes to our onboard product, services and supply chain.
You will be accountable for managing a portfolio of initiatives, ranging from launching / restarting routes, introducing new equipment or refreshing our food & beverage proposition.
We are continuing to rebuild and embark on transformational programmes to ensure we are delivering for our customers. Your attention to detail, project management, problem solving, and analytical skills will be essential in your day-to-day work as will great interpersonal skills as you work across multiple teams.
Key accountabilities include:
- Business on time readiness for all Catering and Supply Chain changes.
- Validates project criteria; requests, objectives, deliverables, costs, lead-times, benefits, resources and specifications.
- Completes accurately all change documentation and notifications to stakeholders.
- Ensures global project readiness go-live dates, validates stakeholder buy-in, capability and success criteria.
- Delivers and tracks performance scorecards and reports.
