What You Will Achieve
- Provide business process excellence expertise by employing process analysis, process simulation and process improvement services.
- Assist in the analysis and measurement of business processes and application of tools and techniques to improve business processes.
- Identify and champion areas where process improvements and process simulation, as necessary, can be applied.
- Collaborate across key stakeholder groups to provide insight on recommendations for process optimization including process simulation.
Your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It
- Provide process analysis expertise including process simulation to key strategic projects to deliver business value.
- Analyze process and performance data to understand current performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver business process models to meet the needs of business clients.
- Work across Global Product Development (GPD) and other functional lines, as appropriate, to drive process improvements.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree with strong years of experience and Master's degree with strong years of experience in a scientific or technical field (e.g., engineering or STEM discipline).
- Strong years of experience in the development and application of process simulation models and/or application of advanced process analysis tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of process models and simulation concepts and practices.
- Demonstrated experience in discrete event simulation.
- Demonstrated experience in process mapping, analysis and improvement tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in Excel and data handling to structure, analyze and translate data.
- Demonstrated experience in data visualization e.g., Spotfire.
- Demonstrated experience and a proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact and influence across many levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice-to-Have
- Strong years of experience, knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical business processes particularly clinical, safety and regulatory processes (e.g., GCP).
