Business Process Analyst:
We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our Business Change team, based in the London office.
The Business Change team has members across many of the locations mentioned above and our goal is to support multiple business areas, ensuring they are ready for change and that we have efficient processes in place to make life easier for our employees, as well as to ensure our Paysafe customers have the best possible experience we can offer them.
The projects you work on could be location specific or span various regions, both in terms of the business processes you are reviewing/documenting and the team members you will be working with.
The successful candidate will be working with the business to understand current processes, to document them, to highlight gaps, and to suggest where process improvements can be made, as well as documenting any new processes that result from changes to business practices.
To help clearly document processes and drive process improvement, you will need to be an inquisitive person, comfortable with asking lots of questions, to understand why things are currently done the way they are.
Experience in process flow documentation and process improvement is required, experience in payment solutions is preferred but not essential.
Process Analyst duties and responsibilities:
Create process documentation for current processes (As-Is) where none exists- Looking at where process improvements can be made
- Create process documentation for new processes (To-Be)
- Look for areas where we can simplify process and/or automate
- Work with product managers and development teams to help ensure that what we are delivering works for our business
- Identify issues and risks
- Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
- Participate in the problem resolution
- Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review
- Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all IT policies and processes
- Support the business with operational roll out, training or any additional tasks for project success

Process Analyst requirements:
At least two-year previous experience working as a Process Analyst, or on process improvement projects- Experienced with a process documentation tool and BPMN
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at various levels
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Critically evaluates and challenges current work practices
- Creative problem solver
- Great analytical skills
- Ability to decide, act, and influence others
- Not afraid to speak up and highlight problems
