We are currently recruiting for a focused and talented individual to join the Business Planning & Analysis team. This role will report into the Nestle Health Science, Purina and Nestle Waters Lead.

You’ll also:
- Take responsibility for the monthly forecasting process for one of our businesses, working closely with the category finance team as well as the wider BP&A team
- Play a key role in highlighting any issues as and when needed ensuring the business understands the potential implications and takes the appropriate steps to resolve these issues.
- Build great links with the Business Analytics team to support the development of reporting solutions that allow standardisation of reporting.
- Play a key role in driving efficiencies and standardisation in everything we do, working closely with different areas living by a mind-set of value up and waste out through continuous improvement and sharing best practices.
- Participate in cross functional improvement projects supporting the function's ambition to really strive for excellence in everything we do.
- Champion the importance for our people outside of the finance function to really understand the ‘financials’ of our business, by acting as a coach to develop their finance capability.
To be successful in this role you’ll be a part or fully qualified Accountant with a breadth of finance experience already under your belt. You’ll have an excellent eye for detail and understand how your decisions impact the wider business strategy. You’ll have great communication skills that enable you to influence across all levels whilst being able to develop positive cross business relationships, coupled with your ability to be flexible when prioritising work in an environment that is very often ambiguous.
