JOB TITLE: Business Performance & Reporting Analyst
JOB LOCATION: NI/GB
TERMS: Permanent, hybrid working
THE JOB
To support our continued growth, this is a newly created role within our Project Management Office (PMO) for an experienced Analyst with a focus on Business Performance.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
· Monitor operational and strategic KPIs, tracking specific inputs, outputs and outcomes to meet strategic company objectives
· Collate, analyse, report and present on corporate information in a timely manner, on both a scheduled and ad hoc basis including in response to requests from senior management
· Work closely with colleagues across the business to define and collate information
· Support strategic projects as requested
· Research and compile relevant information, including new data where required
· Working across the organisation in liaising with stakeholders to gather required data
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
· Track record of planning and delivering on multiple projects to tight deadlines coupled with significant analytical experience with a focus on interpreting data in relation to business performance
· Able to lead and manage a focused area of work and be accountable for when and how results will be achieved with a proven ability for problem solving and trouble shooting
· Significant experience of information research and analysis and in communicating findings, via briefings, presentations and report writing
· Management of work areas or projects involving the coordination of input from different sources and stakeholders
· Fully competent on the full suite of Microsoft applications
· Able to work independently and as part of a larger team
· Able to build effective working relationships, demonstrating negotiation and influencing skills where necessary
