More about your role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Operations Manager to join our CEO Office team. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff to provide professional EA and governance support, lead research and improvement projects and represent the Chief of Staff at internal and external meetings and events.
You will be based at least 2 days per week at one of our corporate offices; London, Leeds, Preston, York, or Edinburgh. On the other days you can be based at your home or an office.

More about you
The ideal candidate will have good report writing and proofreading skills, with some experience of managing small projects. You will be experienced in organising, planning and juggling tasks. You will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and keen to learn new skills. Professionalism is a must as you will representing the CoS and CEO office both internally and externally.
What will set applicants apart is the ability to manage a wide set of stakeholders and your experience in remaining calm under pressure.
