Job description
- Financial Analysis and Reporting – Support the MD of Aviation and Practice Leads in the forecast of financials as required. Help manage costs by monitoring spend of operations related controllable expenses such as IT, office space, business development, and training and development.
- Systems Management – Support the implementation, operation and maintenance of systems and tools such as Maconomy, SharePoint, PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics/CRM, capacity planning, resource management, and others as assigned. Ensure systems are properly documented from maintainer and user perspectives. Prior experience in these specific systems is not a requirement, and training will be provided.
- Project staffing – support Practice leads in the weekly management of the project staffing process, helping to ensure that the needs of clients, project managers and consultants are appropriately balanced, using a responsible and transparent system of staff allocation.
- Business Development – Work closely with both the sales leads and the ICF BD and marketing teams to ensure appropriate co-ordination and processes are in place to support the business development efforts of the division.
- Communications Assist in the dissemination of information about Aviation LOB related tools and manage any related efforts associated with process or organizational change as needed.
- Knowledge Management – Assist the Operations Lead in managing Aviation collaborative portals such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Coordination/Liaison – Serve as a liaison to ICF Corporate Business Services functions (finance, accounting, procurement, recruiting, human resources, CIT, facilities, etc.) effectively collaborating to manage activities as needed. Serve as the Aviation point of contact for the procurement process of services and goods.
- Data Analytics - assist LOB management and staff in the analysis of data (e.g., sales revenue, budgets, costs, profitability, and business development pipeline).
- Bachelor’s degree
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI and Excel
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, hybrid team environment
- Attention to detail and in completing work and tasks
- Strong planning and organizational skills
