This role supports Sky Creative to maintain good data quality and improve business processes. You will act as a key custodian in terms of ensuring effective controls are in place that promote the effective running of day-to-day operations. In addition, the role evaluates the agency’s operations and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency!

What you'll do:

Send WBS codes to Finance for set-up on a regular basis.
Manage new supplier on-boarding and payment queries for high priority projects with a value <£100k. Support with onboarding new suppliers and troubleshoot production payments.
Support with the financial year-end process, ensuring all actions are processed according to the established year-end deadlines.
Support the Business Operations Lead and Senior Business Operations Manager with identifying process flaws and help to make process improvements.

What you'll bring:

2+ years’ experience working in operations/analytical roles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal!
Excellent organisational and time management skills; must be able to multi-task and prioritise.
Ability to work in a team but also independently.
Ability to build relationships across a variety networks.
