Job description
- To provide Business Management support to the Vincent Square Eating Disorders Service.
- To participate in the recruitment (trac), selection and induction of new staff
- The post holder will provide efficient and accurate Business Management to Eating Disorders and external stakeholders
- To hold operational responsibility for the effective running of (Eating Disorders) service including associated access targets
- To undertake line management and accountability of the administrative staff.
- Become an active member of the Senior Leadership Team and wider Transformation team

- The post holder will be required to have excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a relevant Business Qualification or the willingness to work towards one.
- Work within the Children Act, Data Protection Act, Human Rights Act and UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Performance Management
1. Operationally responsible for Eating Disorders access targets for the service
1. Support analysis, implementation and monitoring of Eating Disorder Service processes
1. Responsible for monitoring of access targets and reporting breaches of RTT Waiting time targets and put in place remedial plans to ensure such events do not occur again
