A rapidly growing SME business in Cardiff have created a new role and are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.
Working in a complex, technical environment the company offer cutting edge services and solutions to their clients. The company has been recognised regionally and across the country for it’s innovation and is beginning a expansive new phase in their history.
This role would suit a qualified Accountant who is comfortable working in a fast paced setting. Reporting to the Financial Controller, working in a team of five.
Finance Business Partner job description
- Instigate and embed a Business Partnering ethos to the company with involvement in budgeting/forecasting and investments.
- Involved and often lead projects designed to enable the continued growth of the company. These are likely to include acquisitions of new businesses and integration of those businesses into the group.
- Continued development of the ERP system focussing on key areas to achieve aims of automated processes and management of budgets in business areas.
- Establishing group reporting processes and standard processes.
- Risk management and corporate governance.
Finance Business Partner person specification
- Qualified Accountant.
- Excellent technical accounting skills.
- Advanced Excel ability.
- Commitment to personal development.
- Desire to work in a growing business, taking any changes in your stride.
An excellent opportunity for a suitable qualified individual to join a growing business in a new role. This would suit a candidate working in Practice looking for their first move into industry or a Management Accountant (or similar) looking for a more engaging position.
