My client is a leading London Market Insurer and they are looking for a Business Management Support Analyst to support the Head of Operations and the COO Business Manager with various project and adhoc central support activities; this includes coordination for department driven initiatives, in addition to project and general BA support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports (PPT / Word / Excel) for management consumption / presentations
  • Work with wider Operations and COO teams to collect, prepare and present relevant information
  • Co-ordinate and deliver small central projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Organises, attends, and participates in meetings
  • Where appropriate, documents meeting outcomes, including meeting minutes, actions, and risk/remediation logs
  • Engages with stakeholders to collect and document follow ups to meeting actions
  • Supports the integration of change management practices

Required skills/ experience:

  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ideally some Business Analysis skills
  • Professional Services/ Insurance experience preffered
  • Ability to dissect problems and solve independently
  • Collaborative across all levels of the organisation
  • Communication skills – both written and oral
  • Able to learn new technologies to be used for project management
  • A proven ability to communicate effectively with different levels of staff
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills (PPT, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise
