What will you be doing:
The Business Management Intern will work within Intelligence UK Programmes across a range of business areas. This will include:
business administration;
developing new business ideas;
understanding customer issues;
managing business processes;
marketing business services;
recommending business solutions;
analysis of financial and sales reports and other key performance indicators to identify performance improvement.
The Business Management Intern will work in close collaboration with the Airbus Defence & Space Marketing and Sales team and assist in detailed market research and analysis across strategic market domains; identifying potential target markets or gaps in the market; reporting strategy analysis to senior management to ensure that all business development activities are optimised.
The Business Management Intern will develop an understanding of industry dynamics and be able to apply strategy concepts and reasoning methodologies to real business challenges (campaigns; portfolio management, corporate strategy) and draw realistic conclusions and recommendations from stakeholder management teams.
Requirements:
Our placements are open to Undergraduates only . Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
You’re studying towards a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or other business related. Having an interest (module) in analytics, new business models or geospatial data is a plus;
Strong communication, interpersonal and creative skills;
An ability to understand complex environments;
Commercial awareness;
Internal organisation, preparation of documents, reporting and Customer presentations in English;
Excellent analytical approach to problem solving and confidence in communicating solutions.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance OR You will be subject to a BPSS check (including a criminal record check).
