Business Managers at Vulcain cover Business Development, Recruitment and Delivery, developing their own area of the business and all aspects of management that entails.

Who we need:
We are actively looking for Graduates who want to use their drive and acumen and work in, or wish to work in, Business Management.
Training and Development
Whether you’re a newbie to the world of work, or you’ve already started your early career, be assured that when you join our team, we’ll ensure you have the relevant training and development you need to do your job well and become part of a successful business.
The Business Manager Graduate Scheme is a one-year scheme where you will train in all aspects of the job. As you train you will shadow Business Managers to learn from them and have the opportunity to put your training to the test. During the scheme you will cover:
- Business Development, sales and bidding.
- Recruitment; Headhunting, advertising and interviewing
- Delivery; Project Management, account management and customer engagement
- Commercial Management, including contracts, cost and financial management
You will receive training in all aspects of the above as well as Nuclear training and soft skills training with a certificate in Management. You will be actively encouraged to continue your professional development towards Chartership.
You will get to visit our offices in Paris as well as the French EPR site at Flamanville. You will get to visit the UK EPR site at Hinkley Point C.
Qualifications
- Hold or about to complete a degree in an Engineering, Business or Project Management discipline (First or Upper Second)
