As a Graduate joining Fujitsu you will be allocated to one of our Junior Talent Role streams. Each role stream will provide you with the specific training, network and support you need to get off to a flying start in your careers at Fujitsu.
To compliment the role stream specific training, you will also undertake a modular development programme. This covers key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Each module will provide you the opportunity to take charge of your own development and allow you to expand your network with the full Junior Talent cohort across Europe.
You will be aligned to Service Delivery Management which will enable you to develop your skills in IT Service Management. As a Graduate Service Delivery Manager at Fujitsu you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the services we provide to our customers are aligned
- Problem solving & navigating daily challenges in service
- Managing Incidents, Problems, Changes and other ITIL4 Functions
Working alongside Service Delivery colleagues you will:
- Manage the provision of IT services
- Support and contribute to a positive customer experience
- Work with new technologies such as automation
- Engage in various rotations and experience business challenges within different industry and government sectors
- Be part of a delivery team providing services to our customers and teams.
- Assist in the development of service sand growth within our customers and teams
- Have a chance to grow and explore other areas of the organisation through rotations and assignments which work for you.
- You will support and work as part of our Service Deliver Community who are responsible for ensuring we meet customer requirements and are trusted to deliver against service contracts. You will learn about the ongoing management of operational tools and processes required to deliver agreed levels of service to our customers.
- You will join a team that is ready to welcome and support you to gain the skills required to develop effective relationships and collaborate with some of Fujitsu’s key customers.
Fujitsu has Service Delivery Managers across a variety of business areas, if successful you would be selected to work with our customer Natwest. This account delivers £18m p.a. revenue @ 35% GP (base service) driving multiple service lines.
We are looking for an operational/Service manager to deliver service excellence across a large number of I.T. services. Your role will involve the ongoing management and maintenance of all Managed Services IT infrastructure to ensure delivery of the agreed level of IT services to the customer. Ensuring that the day to day Operations runs effectively and efficiently to underpin all Account delivery activities.
You should have a desire to develop the following skill base within a Large Financial client:
- Achievement of specified revenue and cost targets for their account
- Maintaining control of end of life equipment across a large client estate
- Security patching and delivering patching to contract target timescales.
- Management of service incidents raised across a number of service lines
- Management of Disaster Recovery plans
- Daily running of IT Operations
- Experience with Endpoint management, Integrated digital workplace and desktop compute infrastructures
- Team leadership skills
- Strong client skills

Entry Requirements:
